Reinforcement method using unreinforced foundation carbon fiber plate insertion

Easy installation for increased durability! Choose carbon fiber plates.

Procedure for Reinforcement Method Using Non-Reinforced Foundation Carbon Fiber Plate Insertion 1. Site Investigation and Preparation Investigate the condition of the foundation and identify the reinforcement areas. Create a reinforcement plan and clean the construction area in preparation. 2. Surface Treatment Clean the surface of the foundation and, if necessary, process grooves using a diamond cutter, based on the depth and width specified in the design plan. 3. Preparation of Plates Cut the carbon fiber plates to match the design and prepare the specialized epoxy resin adhesive. 4. Plate Insertion Insert the CF plates into the grooves, seal the grooves with epoxy putty, and install the epoxy resin injection dome. 5. Curing and Air Release After the epoxy putty has cured, create air release holes using a drill at both ends of the slit and between the injection domes. 6. Epoxy Resin Injection Inject the epoxy resin. If the resin leaks from the air release holes, it indicates that the filling of the resin has been sufficiently completed.
